Our company is a contractor of conversion work in shopping arcades.

About us

The company was established in 1997 and from the very beginning of its activity on the market it has focused on delivering high quality, professional and prompt services. During the last 5 years the company performed works mainly in department stores and malls. Three hundred shops of different brands in various locations have been accomplished. Kolgips offers full conversion of premises according to the investor’s needs from project through construction works and fittings installation to final technical acceptance. We also perform construction works and installations according to investor’s project. As a result of business expansion of KOLGIPS, in 2012 a sister company JB.BAU was founded - it is dedicated to the works of adaptation in shopping centers and developer business.
Since 2015 we have offered office areas for rent in our service-commercial building at Litewskiej 8 in Rzeszow.
